Strength Treadmill Workout

Tired of the same old treadmill workout? Try mixing in some good old fashioned strength moves to shake of the boredom and get you more bang for your buck!

TreadmillWarm up for 5 minutes and then do the following 5 rounds:

  1. 3 minute run followed by 20 push ups and 30 bicycles.
  2. 3 minute run followed by 30 bodyweight squats and 20 alternating front lunges.
  3. 3 minute run followed by 20 kettlebell swings and 20 kettlebell plie squat to upright row.
  4. 3 minute run followed by 20 double crunches and a 60 second plank.
  5. 3 minute run followed by 20 shoulder presses and 30 burpees (add a push up if you’re really wanting a challenge!)

Cool down at a nice easy pace for 5 minutes.
