MON, WED 6:30-7:30pm EST

General Personal Training

Get FIT in 2015! Cross-train for improved overall fitness. A mix of cardio intervals, strength training and pilates-based core work will keep coming back for more. ALL LEVELS from beginners to advanced welcome! You’ll need: a mat, dumbbells and some water. *Workout is apartment friendly!

Ultimate Body Sculpting

TUES, THURS 6:30-7:30pm EST

Take the challenge to tone and sculpt your body. This class is split up into 3 sections. It includes 20 mins Lower Body, 20 mins Upper Body, and 20 mins Core Conditioning. ALL LEVELS from beginners to advanced welcome! You’ll need: a mat, dumbbells and some water. *Workout is apartment friendly!

Mat Pilates

Pilates based matwork series. Tone and elongate muscles without building bulk. Increase strength and endurance, and enhance agility, mobility and balance. Turn your body into a strong & streamlined machine! All levels welcome and no equipment required.
