Core Boot Camp – Get Strong & Sexy Abs!

Looking to get a lean and toned midsection? This core boot camp sequence will definitely help you get there!

Perform all 9 exercises for 1 minute each with no rest in between. Once all 9 exercises are completed, rest 1-2 minutes and repeat the entire sequence again. Repeat for a total of 2-3 rounds.

  1. Walking Planks
  2. Bent Leg Change
  3. Stability Ball Plank Circles (Stir the Pot)
  4. Swimming / Superman (30 sec each)
  5. Tuck Open
  6. Bicycles
  7. Single Leg Stability Ball Hamstring Curl (3o sec each leg)
  8. Stability Ball Tuck & Pike Combo
  9. Spiderman Push Ups
